Competition Rules

• Only SFTC members are eligible and they are automatically included in the competition.
• Set of races includes all King and Queen Series 5K races plus Run the Gate 5K and Snowman Stampede 5K(Not on calendar).
• To qualify, participants must complete 3 of the races.
• To qualify, participants must earn at least 1 volunteer point.
• Age rule is that participants must be no older than 14 on December 31 (this is a change from previous years but is consistent with King and Queen rules).
• Age graded results are used.
• Average of best 4 age graded results are used for final score.
• Virtual races do not count for Prince and Princess competition.
