I started volunteering at Upstate Hospital to support children with cancer in August 2023. I interacted with some children with cancer who just wanted to be out of the hospital and live a regular life, free of pain and disease. A boy at the age of 10 asked his doctor, "Why can't they find a cure for cancer? It should be easy, right?" His question pulled at my heartstrings.
In October 2023, I decided to run for the Dana-Farber Cancer Center in the Boston Half-Marathon raising $2,000 for anyone with cancer. When you run for a cause, it makes the entire training and experience a blessing.
I want to run this June for Paige's Butterfly Run to raise funds locally for their great organization that cares for and supports children and their families with cancer. Can you help me support them by running with me on my team or donating to my team?
