Doug started participating in triathlons in 2010 and competes as much as his military service will permit. He enjoys the camaraderie of multisport and looks forward to seeing everyone at our local events this year.
Director of External Relations - Hannah Hall
Hannah Hall is an avid multi-sport athlete based in Hampton Roads. Her strongest disciplines are swimming and running, and she recently completed her first ultramarathon—proof that she’ll happily run 31 miles before choosing to bike it. As a board member, Hannah is passionate about growing the club, supporting athletes of all levels, and fostering a fun, welcoming endurance community. You’ll often find her training around the Peninsula or cheering on fellow club members at local races and events.
Director of Development - Catrina Ralston
Catrina Ralston has a career in Human Resources. She started endurance events in 2008 with her first race; a 13.1. She continued running completing her first 26.2 in 2010 then decided she would slowly conquer all 50 states which was interrupted when she began dabbling in triathlon. In 2018 she competed her first Olympic, 70.3 and 140.6 distance triathlons. She has completed multiple run races up to 50 miles, and she currently has completed a 26.2 in 25 states. She has completed 3 140.6 events. Having decided to fast track her 50 states goal, she has a full calendar for 2026. Catrina thrives on supporting others, assisting newbies to the sport and in creating a welcoming inclusive environment for all. She joined the board to help grow the club, enhance member experiences and ensure newbie to experienced athletes have a club to call home in the 757. This wife, mom, nana is a go getter and excited for the future of YTC!
