Awards Tracker
The Awards Tracker tool is intended for supporting races that are handing out awards at a table and not at an awards ceremony. This may include a more casual race environment, or one with very drawn out age groups such as a time trial-style triathlon.
Age groups/divisions are pulled in based on data found in the RunSignup results sets - if this is not something that is easily configured in a single set per event it is not recommended to use this tool. Users may override the detected configuration and defaults (3 deep) in the settings.
The Awards Tracker tool will detect if any participant has won multiple awards, the secondary award can be marked as distributed from the primary "card view" as well. The data updates every 3 minutes in the background, or upon manual refresh and a change in position detected for an awards recipient will prompt a warning if it affects awards that have already been distributed. Users are prompted to resolve this issue and can mark the warning as "Resolved" once the conflict has been taken care of.
It is highly recommended that users test this tool themselves internally prior to distributing to actual volunteers or race staff so that the exact use can be well articulated and any conflicts between the application's current state and the desired outcome can be mitigated.
