The Stream Playback tool is a method for taking reads from a past race's File type stream and replay them in real time, slowed down, or sped up to a new file. This is helpful for Timers looking to practice or have their staff practice scoring races as they happen, rather than just putting together pieces of a puzzle. 

Currently the Stream Playback tool supports replaying most txt or csv files where the time is easily identifiable. If you are using a format that does not have this feature, you can still use the Stream Playback tool to write reads out line-by-line rather than based on the actual timestamps. This tool was designed to be used in conjunction with the Practice Scenarios to simulate actually being at a race.
