The Manual Announcer tool is a way for races without a traditional announcer feed to look up participant information. This tool uses the Timer's credentials to pull participant information from RunSignup (no result or RDS connection required), allowing users to input a bib number and see the participant information top-down like a normal chip feed. Relay teams are differentiated from participants for ease of understanding.

Users can reorder, hide, or add limited fields and can remap the Event names, as well as add a timing company logo and message.

Users should NOT sign into this on computers that they do not own, or be careful to Change API Keys to log out of the computer.
