Refund Policy

REFUND & DEFERRAL POLICY: All Entry Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, Entry Fees are not transferable to other participants, future years events, or other P2B events.

TRANSFER POLICY: Teams registered for a P2B Event may switch to a different Team Type of = or < value for the same Event (in same year) if done 30 days before the start of the Event. There will be NO refund for the difference in the Entry Fee.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: The Event Director(s) reserve the right to modify or cancel the event or course for safety or health concerns, natural disasters, etc. In such cases there will be NO refunds, deferrals, or transfers of event Entry Fees. Each Runner must accept any such risk of their Entry Fee paid. Entry Fees collected are used to develop and produce the event, starting well in advance of even day. Decisions made that impact the even date or cancellation are carefully considered and based on overall event safety, sustainability and manageability.
