P2B ADK VOLUNTEER TEAM (aka P2Brew CREW),

As we approach P2B ADK Event Day the P2B CREW wanted to thank you for your support and give you some details about Event Day.  Below are some IMPORTANT items on Volunteer Locations & Times...PLEASE READ!!

 

WHERE DO YOU NEED TO GO?:  2024 P2B ADK - VOLUNTEER POSITIONS & TIMES

  • IMPORTANT: Times may have shifted slightly from original confirmation email.  Be sure to follow the times on the attached,
 
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
  • Arrive by the time list for the start of your Volunteer Position
  • Bring recommended Items listed here: VOLUNTEER ROLES & WHAT TO BRING
  • The P2B 'ADVANCE PARTY' Team will meet you at your location to give you your Exchange Box & go over the Exchange Protocol
  • You will have the following in your Exchange Box:
    • Timing Sheet, Safety Gear, etc.
    • Volunteer T-Shirt, Pint Cup, and Finish After Party Wristband & Food/Drink Tickets
  • EXCHANGE / TRAIL VOLUNTEER: You will either be a time keeper or parking director:
    • Time keepers record and report the time that each team passes your location
    • Parking directors ensure that traffic is flowing smoothly in and out of the exchange
  • CAPTAIN / COURSE: Meet at the Venue location 10 minutes early and a P2B Director will meet you to go over your Protocol and Roles

    • GOOGLE MAP SHOWING THE COURSE ROUTE, EXCHANGES, ETC.
    • NOTE: THERE IS A LEGEND ON THE SIDE OF THE MAP TO ENABLE CERTAIN LAYERS (EXCHANGE RESTROOMS, PARKING, ETC.)
    • VERIFY ON COURSE ROUTE AND AT CORRECT EXCHANGE LOCATION

EVENT DAY COMMUNICATION

Please make sure and follow the below to receive IMPORTANT Event Day notifications from P2B COMMAND...NOTE: This requires you to have a cell phone and OPT-IN (SEE BELOW):

  • If you provided an accurate Cell Phone # or Email you should receive an "OPT-IN" Text Message from Calling Post Phone #: 242-51, or an "OPT-IN" Email on T-1day Prior to Event
  • Respond "OK" to the Text Message or follow the instructions in the email and you will receive all Event Day Communication Alerts from P2B Command
    • IMPORTANT: If you DO NOT respond "OK" to the message you will NOT receive any further messages from P2B Command
  • If you did not receive either "OPT-IN" messages then: Text "BREWCREW" to 24251 or call 877-304-5857 to opt in

NOTE: Calling Post is 1-Way Messaging from P2B Command to Teams & Volunteers.  If you need to contact P2B Command message/call: 315-320-6580

 
FINISH - AFTER PARTY:

You are invited to the P2B ADK FINISH LINE & AFTER PARTY @ Saranac Brewery Biergarten on Event Day from 4:00 - 8:00 PM

IMPORTANT: ALL VOLUNTEERS besides Finish Line Volunteers will receive their P2B BIB with the FINISH Food/Drink Tear-off Tickets in their designated Exchange Box.  Please bring this to the After Party.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE AFTER PARTY?: Your ticket to get into the After Party will be your P2B BIB with Tear-off Food/Drink Tickets provided to you on Event Day (in your Exchange Box with your T-shirt).  To get your included Food / Drink Items at the After Party be sure to bring your tear-off Tickets on your BIB provided in your Exchange Box.

  • NOTE: We also recommend wearing your Peak 2 Brew Volunteer T-Shirt to the Finish as well to show your support as a Volunteer!!
