Refund Policy
I understand that there are no refunds for this race, and no person-to-person transfers. I fully understand that distance changes are only allowed online until 10/1/18 and the I must pay the price difference if changing to a more expensive race. I also understand that a distance change fee of $1.25 applies if transferring to a more expensive race. Distance changes can be made at our registration table on race day (Oct. 14th) and I understand that a $3.00 distance change fee applies. Distance changes will NOT be available on the race day of Oct. 13th. I understand that the event is rain, shine, snow or heatwave, except in the event of extreme weather conditions (tornado, hurricane, flooding, etc.) that are declared unsafe by the Race Director or the Borough of Huntingdon Police Chief.
