Welcome to the Optimum Health Primary Care team fundraising page! We are raising money for the Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Fund at the Huntsville Hospital Foundation by participating in the 2025 Liz Hurley Ribbon Run. This organization has helped fund nearly all of the diagnostic equipment at Huntsville Hospital, which has helped in early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer for countless men and women.
