Refund Policy
Race Registration Fees:
You may cancel your registration and request a refund of the registration fee through your RunSignUp profile until midnight on September 20, 2025. We will refund 100% of your registration fee, not including the transaction fee charged by RunSignUp. No refunds will be issued after mindight on September 20.
T-shirt orders:
You must contact us directly to arrange either of the following:
--T-shirt orders cancelled by midnight on August 20, 2025 will receive a full refund of the purchase price, not including the transaction fee charged by RunSignUp
--After midnight on August 20, t-shirt purchases are final. Please contact us no later than September 20, 2025 to arrange to pick up your t-shirt, have us mail it to you for an additional postage fee, or donate your t-shirt for us to sell to another participant on Race Day
On Race Day (September 21, 2025), unclaimed t-shirts will be considered as donations.
