neverthirst Virtual 5K

Staying active during this quarantine can give someone clean water! 💪

Join in the neverthirst Virtual 5k! It’s a 'go at your own pace' kind of race—now EXTENDED through Memorial Day, May 25.

Over 785 million people around the world walk miles every day to collect dirty water, and we want to change that story. So together, let’s get moving and helping more people.

1. Sign up here — The fee directly helps bring clean water to someone in need! If you're running internationally, please note that the sign up fee is in USD.
2. Walk or run 3.1 miles — Carve out a route in your neighborhood, at a nearby open trail, or knock it out on your treadmill. Want to track your distance? Use your favorite fitness tracker or apps like Nike+ Run Club, MapMyRun, Endomondo, Runtastic, RunKeeper, etc.
3. Post a sweaty selfie (optional) or screenshot of your distance/completion time to social media and tag neverthirst or use #neverthirstvirtual5k. (Or message us if your account is private.)
4. Send your name, bib number, and time of completion to our Facebook or Instagram (via direct message) to receive your medal!* You’ll receive a bib number when you register. Medals will be shipped after May 25 (when race closes). You can also email results to jamie@neverthirstwater.org.
