The Fred Bigelow Memorial 100 Km Challenge

This November marks the 5th Annual Fred Bigelow Memorial 100 km — a month-long event created to honour Fred’s memory and inspire people to get outside and stay active.

Event Details:

• When: The entire month of November

• Where: Anywhere you choose — Fred lived across Canada and loved to travel

• Challenge: Reach a total of 100 km

• Activities: Walk, run, bike, swim, paddle, snowshoe, ski —any activity counts!
