Parking Locations and Instructions
Runners:
A. Runners may use the Dosher Memorial “overflow” parking lot that is located at North Howe Street and Fodale Ave. Enter the lot on Fodale Ave, directly across from the main hospital entrance, and across the street from the Southport Fire Station.
B. Runners may parallel park along Howe Street, unless otherwise indicated.
C. Runners may parallel park along N. Atlantic Ave. behind the hospital, or in the gravel parking lot at N. Atlantic and 8th Street.
Volunteers:
A. Volunteers may park at 905 N. Howe Street, the offices of Dr. Newsom, Minor, and Jeff Martin, PA-C. Use the parking lot behind the clinic office and the gravel lot at the corner of W. 9th and N. Howe Street.
Race Committee:
B. Race Committee can park in the parking lot of the Dosher Medical Clinics in the Atlantic Ave. Medical Park, 419-423 North Atlantic Ave.
Vendors:
C. Vendors may park alongside the helipad behind Dosher Hospital. These are the spots between the chain link fence and Atlantic Ave. These spots are in convenient proximity to where the vendor set up area is.
Important Notes:
- No parking at Locals Family Diner
- No parking in the Dosher Emergency Department lot (located at E. 9th & N. Howe)
