Race Now Virtual
We are aware of the current status of the COVID-19 virus and we want you to know that we are acting with an abundance of care to make our environment as safe as possible for our guests. We are working with our County officials and health partners to determine when and how we can safely resume our Race Series. With that being said and with approval from Tri County Health and the Office of Emergency Management, we have made the decision to transition the 2020 Mother’s Day 5k into a virtual race.
What is a virtual race? A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. This type of race eliminates large gatherings and also abides by the social distancing guidelines. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself within a 2 week window. The 2 week window for this virtual race is 4/26/2020-5/10/2020. You will then upload your time and be placed in standings based off of your age. For more details and information on the race please visit: https://runsignup.com/Race/CO/HighlandsRanch/2020HRCAVirtualMothersDay5K
All racers will receive a custom finisher medal, custom printable bib, and 2 for 1 beer at Living The Dream Brewing Company, valid when you present your finisher certificate.
For participants who are currently registered for the original Mother’s Day 5K we will automatically transfer your registration to the virtual race and credit you to make up the price difference or credit you and remove you from the race if you are not interested in the virtual option. Please email racedirector@hrcaonline.org stating your preference.
