Group Signup Package
How does my group sign up?
Have your organization’s Point of Contact (we call them an Administrator) , call, (304) 283-2467, or email, peter@coremortgageservices.com, Peter Corum to set up your entity as a Group Approved to Raise Funds. This will only take a few minutes. Peter will send you a complete signup package, which includes: Press Release, SOP 4.6b Activities and Fundraiser form (pre-filled), Organization Donation Sheet, and Runner Donation Sheet (customizable for entity branding).
Each recipient of funds will be responsible for controlling and managing their respective clubs, non-profits, organizations, sports and/or teachers’ participant funds. JHS XC will only register the runner and groups.
The Administrator then Invites Friends, i.e. members, to register under their registered Group, for example JHS Club.
