Transfer to Another Person:
You are able to transfer your bib through 11:59 PM EST on October 19 and the recipient will have until 11:59 PM EST on October 26 to complete the remaining steps of the transfer. Transfer to another person are $25. Refer to this FAQ for more information.
Transfer to the Virtual Race:
Switch from the in-person race to the virtual race (or vice versa). NOTE: If there is a difference in pricing between the event you're registered for and the event you're transferring to, you will be responsible for paying the difference. Refer to this FAQ for more information.
Yes, you can switch from the in-person 5K to the virtual 5K (or vice versa). If there is any difference in pricing between the event you originally registered for and the one you're transferring to, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
To complete an event transfer:
- Log in to your RunSignup profile (make sure you're using the email address you registered with), navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Transfer Event.
- On the Transfer Event page, you will be shown your Transfer Information. Please confirm the information is correct and accurate. To transfer this registration, you must go through the registration process for the new event. You can confirm Transfer by clicking on the "Start Transfer" button.
- Once payment (if needed) is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email for the new event.

Yes. You can edit your shirt size until 10/31/2026.
To change your giveaway selection by following these steps:
- Sign In to RunSignUp
- Go to your Profile
- See Upcoming Races
- Click Manage Registration next to the registration that you are editing
- Click the Giveaway menu item
- Change your Giveaway selection
- Click Continue
Participants will not be allowed to change their shirt size after the October 31 deadline; however, if you bring your clean, new, non-worn shirt back to the packet pickup area post-race, we will be happy to exchange for another size if it's available.
