Anyone aged 6 years orolder may register to participate in the First Day 5K. Anyone under the age of 6 may only be on course if riding in a stroller being pushed by a registered participant.
Early Packet pickup will be held on Wednesday, December 30 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Carnes Crossroads (2509 N Main St, Summerville)
Race Day Packet Pickup will be held on Friday, January 1 from 8:00-9:15 AM at Cane Bay Elementary School
You can access the necessary information a few ways:
- You will receive a confirmation email upon registration with your confirmation QR code to be used for checkin
- You will receive a follow up confirmation email the week leading up to race day with your QR code to be used for checkin
- Log into your RunSignup Profile to view or edit your runner information

Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your packet for you. To help expedite the process, and ensure everyone receives the correct items, please share your confirmation email with them (you'll receive this email the week leading up to race day).
Participants of the First Day 5K will receive:
At Packet Pickup:
- Official race bib (including timing chip) and safety pins
- Official participant shirt
At The Finish Line:
- Water
- Finish line snack
- Choice of coffee or hot cocoa
