Join us for an inspiring day of Hope and Celebration! Having your organization partner with us shows how much you CARE4 your community and more importantly, helping our uninsured neighbors have access to breast cancer screenings, education, preventative care and more health care services. The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is the county's largest 5K event and draws 1500-2000 participants each year. All of the proceeds stay right here, in McHenry County, to help our local community members.
