๐:๐๐ ๐๐ - ๐:๐๐ ๐๐: Dynamic Morning Warm-up & Instruction. Prepare your body for action with a fun and engaging warm-up led by our coaches and counselors. We'll also cover the purpose of each exercise and provide form tips and techniques.
๐:๐๐ ๐๐ - ๐:๐๐ ๐๐: Run Time! Choose your adventure! Today we'll have a [Track Run / Cross Country Run / Road Run - specify which one]. Coaches will lead different pace groups to ensure everyone feels challenged and supported.

โข Campers must bring their own hydration vessel & preferred sports drink (water or other fluids) and healthy snacks for their personal use only. =PR= will offer a centralized refreshment station stocked with ZYM Hydration & water for backup as needed.
โข If the camper is sick or feels sick, the camper needs to STAY HOME. If the camper has a temperature higher than 100.4, the camper needs to STAY HOME. Campers who come to camp when ill will not be allowed to continue in the program.
โข If a camper has a household member who has been recently diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19, the camper needs to STAY HOME.
โข The program will provide one portable toilet (which will be locked when not in use by the program), hand sanitizers, and sanitizing wipes for use, as needed.
