Below you can find detailed maps of the course and interactive Strava Maps (with GPX download). We also recommend reviewing the two separate information tabs for the Bellville Start, as well as the 7IL Ranch venue information.
The main trail loop (map above) is 10km.
Place of confusion: The course is well marked and easy to follow, but every year we have a couple of people make the same error, only one mile into the course - MAKE SURE YOU CROSS THE 7IL DRIVEWAY AT THE UNMANNED WATER STATION. This section is two-way traffic of inbound/outbound runners. You must go all the way out to Hot Tamales before coming back to the start/finish.
135M/26.2M/13.1M: Have an additional add-on at the start of the loop. Look for signs for your event and follow pre-race instructions.
Town Start: New for 2026, the 100M, 100K, 50K, and Relay (leg 1) will start at high noon in Bellville. The first "loop" is the 10km from town to the ranch. All other events and next relay legs start at the 7IL start/finish.
Ranch Start: Noon at 7IL for the 26.2M, 13.1M, and 10K (along with anyone who missed the shuttle to town).
Laps:
135M = 21 Loops*
100M = 16 Loops
100k = 10 Loops
50k = 5 Loops
Marathon = 4 Loops*
Half Marathon = 2 Loops*
10k = 1 Loop
*The 135M, Marathon, and Half marathon will have an initial add-on section to add the required 1.1km and 2.2km before starting the 10km loops.
Unmanned ice and water at the road crossing at miles 1 and 5.
Full Aid Station "Hot Tamales" at mile 3. Safety markers every kilometer. See Aid Station tab for details.
Vehicles: Bellville to 7IL Route
VEHICLE TRAFFIC FROM BELLVILLE TO 7IL:
Please avoid taking Mill Creek Rd directly from Bellville to the ranch between Noon and 1 PM (while the runners are on the route).
Vehicles should take the alternate route to 7IL Ranch, entering from the south side of Mill Creek Rd from Cat Spring.
