Packet Pickup

There are three opportunities to pick up your race packet. Picking up before race day is strongly encouraged.

Before You Arrive

  • Check your email for your latest registration QR code. Volunteers will scan this code to locate your registration and assign your bib.
  • Someone else may pick up your packet. Send that person your QR code before they arrive.
  • After your bib is assigned, you can view your bib number and digital bib through your RunSignup account or the live-tracking link.
  • You may also collect pacer bibs, visitor day passes, and camping passes at packet pickup.
  • Guest passes must be purchased in advance through the registration site’s store.
  • Shirt exchanges will not be available until after 12:00 PM on Saturday.

Tent City and Camping

Tent City and the parking area open at 12:00 PM on Friday. Please do not enter or begin setting up before noon. Anyone who sets up early will be asked to tear down and move so the race crew can safely finish preparing the course and corral area. Habanero 135 participants will receive priority early access.

Personal and team support setups—including canopies—may be placed along the first 400 meters of the course, from the end of the driveway to the trailhead.

Primitive and car camping are available in the designated parking area. Drive in and park upon arrival.

  • Ground fires are prohibited.
  • Above-ground cooking equipment is permitted.
  • Do not leave trash or other items behind.
  • Do not damage the field or fences.

Volunteer opportunities will be available Friday evening and Saturday morning. Help support the Habanero 135 runners during their early miles while earning race credits.

Race-Day Arrival

If you still need to collect your packet on race day, arrive at least 90 minutes before your start time. Pre-race pickup is highly encouraged.

Allow enough time for packet pickup, parking, preparation, and transportation to your start. Race times will not be adjusted for late starts.
