WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19TH

12:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Pre-Race Packet Pickup - Good Times Running Co. Katy, TX

This is your best option for a smooth packet pickup close to Houston!

 

FRIDAY, AUGUST 21st​

12:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Packet Pickup and TROT Store @ 7IL Ranch Start/Finish Tent, "Tent City" open 

5:00 PM: Race Briefing @ 7IL Start/Finish (video will be shared)

6:00 PM: START OF THE HABANERO 135! - under the arch at the 7IL start/finish

12:00 PM Onwards:

Tent City: Personal Support and Camping Setup: Canopies, Team/Personal Support along first 400m of course line (from end of the driveway to the trailhead). Please do not access the area or set up earlier than Noon or you will be asked to tear down and move, this is to allow our race crew to finish setting up the course and corral area. Habanero 135 runners will have priority early access.

Parking Area Open for primitive/car camping, drive up and park. No ground fires (above-ground cooking allowed). DO NOT LEAVE TRASH or ANYTHING in this area. Do not damage the field or fences.

Volunteer opportunities available Friday evening and Saturday morning to support our 135M Runners, earn race credits and support our brave souls for their early miles. 

SATURDAY, AUGUST 22nd​

8:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Final Packet Pickup at 7IL Start/Finish Tent

8:00 AM - 6:00 PM: TROT Store at 7IL Start/Finish Tent

10:00 AM - 11:40 AM: Shuttle Buses every 15 minutes to Town Start for 100M, 100K, 50k, and Relay (Leg 1) PARTICIPANTS ONLY.

You should arrive at least 90 minutes before your start time if you do not have your packet (highly encouraged to pick up before race day). No race time adjustments for late starts.

9 AM to 1 PM: Bellville Town Center Habanero Hundred Festival

HIGH NOON: Bellville Town Race Start for 100 Mile, 100km, 50km Individuals and Relays

HIGH NOON: 7IL Trail Race Start for Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k (and any remaining ultra runners)

SUNDAY, AUGUST 23rd​

4:00 PM Loop cutoff (no starting another loop)

6:00 PM Race Ends (all events cutoff)

*RACE & MEDICAL DIRECTOR, AND EMS HAVE THE ULTIMATE DECISION ON PARTICIPANTS STARTING OR CONTINUING THE EVENT BASED ON THE EVALUATION OF EACH PARTICIPANT DUE TO THE EXTREME CONDITIONS

All participants must start their final loop before 4 PM on Sunday. The finish line closes on Sunday at 6 PM.

100M: 30-hour

100K: 30-hour

50K: 30-hour

26.2M: 30-hour

13.1M: 30-hour

10K: 30-hour
