Refund Policy for Haven 5K
Thank you for your interest in the Haven 5K! We are excited to have you join us for this special event. As our race is organized to support charitable causes, we have established the following refund policy:
No Refunds Policy
Non-Refundable Registration Fees: All registration fees for the Haven 5K are non-refundable. This policy is in place because the event is a fundraiser for charity, and your registration fee directly supports our mission and charitable initiatives.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the Haven 5K needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, no refunds will be issued. Your registration fee will still contribute to our charitable cause.
Transfer of Registration: While we do not offer refunds, we do allow participants to transfer their registration to another individual if they are unable to attend. Please contact us at havenmidwiferybirthingcenter@gmail.com at least 14 days before the event date to arrange a transfer.
Tax-Deductible Donations: Please note that your registration fee may be tax-deductible as a charitable donation. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor for more information on how to claim this deduction.
