Haven 5K

We cordially invite you to participate in the Haven Midwifery 5K Run/Walk, an event designed to promote fitness and community solidarity while supporting a noble cause by opening a birth center in Brooklyn, NY. This event is a wonderful opportunity to lace up your running shoes, enjoy the great outdoors, and contribute to the invaluable work of Haven Midwifery. The event will take place during Birth Center Week!

 Haven Midwifery is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and high-quality midwifery care to women in our community. Their mission is to improve maternal and newborn health and to ensure that every woman has access to respectful, informed, and safe maternity care, regardless of their income level.

The 5K course is designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or a brisk walker, this event is for you. The route will take you through some of the most picturesque parts of our local area, providing a refreshing and invigorating backdrop to your run or walk.

This event is more than just a race; it's a community gathering and a celebration of the power of collective action. All proceeds from the Haven Midwifery 5K Run/Walk will go directly to Haven Midwifery, supporting their ongoing capital campaign to open their doors.
