Starting June 10, 2020, the 8th Annual Beaverton Sun Run Virtual Run will host the Beaverton Rotary Virtual Rose Sale. There won't be actual rose sales this year. Friends of the Beaverton Rotary Foundation will deliver a dozen roses anywhere in the metro area for anyone who donates more than $250.00 to the Beaverton Rotary Foundation during the Virtual Rose Sale.

2020 races look a lot different than previous years. This year, our race will be virtual. We encourage you to run one of the routes we post or your own, locally, in your neighborhood. 

We had a great 7th year with the help of our partners, sponsors and great participants.  We were able to continue with more trails and had a great event for Beaverton.  The efforts from everybody will do a lot to help the Beaverton area.  We will be supporting kids going to college or vocational training, we will be giving dictionaries to 4th graders and books to 100s of elementary age students who otherwise may never own a book.  Thank you for all who participated.  Race results for last years race are available through Huber Timing with a link below.

The race will be chip timed by Huber Timing. The timing chip will be attached to the race bib and is disposable and does not need to be returned after the race. Results will be available at the finish on kiosks and posted live to http://www.hubertiming.com/results/2019SunRun.  In addition results will be emailed to the email address used during registration and a txt with your finishing time will be sent to the phone number used during registration.

The race bib must be worn on your chest or front of shorts and visible at all times.

Sunday, July 28th

7th Annual Beaverton Sun Run

5:00 a.m – Huber Timing on site to start set-up
6:00 a.m. – Adapt opens building – initial Sun Run people will start set up.
6:15 a.m. – Vendors Arrive 
6:30 a.m. – Begin Registration/Same Day Packet Pickup at Adapt Training gym
7:15 a.m. – Day of Registration ends. Runners/walkers gather near the start line with 10K runners in the front.
7:20 a.m. – Stretching led by Adapt Training
7:25 a.m. – Race Notes - Race Instructions by Tom Freitag
7.30 a.m. – Start of the 10K race
7.40 a.m. – Start of the 5K race/walk
7:50 a.m. – Kid’s Dash
8.00 a.m. – Beer and Food
8.45 a.m. – Close of Kid’s Dash
9:30 a.m. – Closing Presentations
