Kaiser Permanente will announce the four winners of the Kaiser Permanente Cup at the event’s Award Ceremony that evening. The winners will be based on surveys submitted by companies describing their employee health and wellness programs. Enter here. Deadline: September 15, 2023

Just announced! We are offering age group awards for the KP Run, Walk & Roll (first, second and third) this year, for the first time, in these categories:

2023 Participation Award
Quantity is what matters! An award will be presented to the company with the largest number of participants registered. This award is unique in that participants may be either full- or part-time employees, clients, family members or friends of the registered company. There will also be an award for the most participants in each of these 38 industry categories. Industry Participation awards will be mailed to winning Company Captains after the race.

There will be a T-shirt Design Contest for all participating companies. One prize will be awarded in each of the following categories:

Please follow this outlined procedure: submit a sample (printouts not accepted) of your company’s T-shirt to Kaiser Permanente Run, Walk, & Roll, 4651 Roswell Rd., i- 802, Atlanta, GA 30342 no later than September 15, 2023, 5 PM EST. Please attach a business card from your company to the inside collar label of your T-shirt for identification. If you plan to drop off the shirt, there is a mail slot.
T-shirts will be judged prior to race day and announced on race day, September 28, 2023. Please note: once T-shirts are submitted, they become the property of the Race Committee and will be donated to a local charity that supports the sport of running/walking. If you need the EPS version of the Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run, Walk, & Roll Logo please contact us at info@kprunwalkroll.com.
The Jerry Dubner PWC Team Captain Award
In honor of our long-time team captain, Jerry Dubner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Jerry Dubner Award recognizes leadership & commitment incorporating wellness through their employer. This award winner will be selected by the KP Run, Walk & Roll Race Committee.
2023 Jeff Galloway Spirit Video Award
This award will be given to the company that shows the most spirit in the form of a video. Companies that are interested in participating in this contest are asked to send in a short video demonstrating their team spirit! (Recorded according to current CDC Guidelines.)
Spirit Award Video Contest Guidelines:
Please download your video to Wetransfer.com. When downloading your video please send it to info@kprunwalkroll.com. All videos must be received by August 28, 2023. Company’s name or logo must be visible in the video. Your video must be no more than 3 minutes long and no larger than 2 GB. Videos will be judged on creativity, originality, group involvement, and level of spirit. All videos will be judged prior to race day & will be shown at the event.

2021 Team Awards
All Male or All Female Teams
Since we are using chip timing, it is no longer necessary to complete the previously used scorecards to submit your Male/Female/Coed company teams. The timing software will automatically pick the 4 fastest men and the 4 fastest women on your company teams.
Coed Teams
A coed team is 2 males and 2 females. If you’d like to compete against other coed teams, you will need to choose your 4 members BEFORE the race, and submit the team to us on RunSignsup.com by August 30, 2021, NOON/12:00 PM. These 4 runners will be exclusive to the coed team and cannot be a part of other all male or all female teams.
Most importantly: on race day, please make sure each person is wearing their assigned bib and not someone else’s, especially if they can run fast and could potentially be one of your top runners. We will rely on the chip time for placement, but will verify finishing order with a back-up video (now standard in the timing business) on the winning men’s and women’s teams. For example, if we see a much faster male finishing as a team winning female (or vice versa) the team will be disqualified.
Competitive team members must be full-time employees (at least three months) who are 18 years old or older.
The awards for the first three teams in each of the three scoring categories (Men’s, Women’s and Coed Teams) will be mailed to Company Captains after the results are compiled and employees have been verified after the race.
