COURSE INFORMATION

The 20K race will begin at 9:00 AM, with both races starting and finishing on Nichols Road, near Winnequah Park and the Monona Pool in Monona, WI.

The 5K Run/Walk and the JangoPet 5K will start at 9:15 AM. These races will follow the first mile of the 20K route, loop around Winnequah Park, and join the final mile of the 20K course to reach the finish line.

There will be 5 aid stations along the 20K course and 1 aid station on the 5K course.

Each 20K aid station will have a portable restroom, water, and Gatorade. Aid Station #3 will also offer gels. The 5K aid station will provide water only.

Aid Station #1: Mile 2.3 (approx.)

Aid Station #2: Mile 4.9 (approx.)

Aid Station #3: Mile 7.6 (approx.) – Gels available

Aid Station #4: Mile 9.5 (approx.)

Aid Station #5: Mile 11.5 (approx.)
