Swag Rewards vs Referral Refunds

Swag Rewards

Swag rewards are prizes "swag" that you can earn by raising a certain amount of money (see individual fundraisers & team fundraisers for more info), OR by referring a certain number of people who fully register for the event AND use your referral code during said registration. Swag Rewards are cumulative (if you earn the 2nd level of swag rewards you will receive both the 1st level prize and the 2nd level prize). Swag prizes will be mailed AFTER the event using the address you provide at the time of registration.

Referral Refunds

Referral Refunds are literal refunds of your registration fee if you refer a certain number of people who fully register for the event AND use your referral code during said registration. You have the potential to earn up to a $25 maximum refund from your original registration fee. Refunds do not count towards additional giveaways, add-on's, or any other fees. You may not have a credit balance.

*For any referral to count, the person you refer must FULLY complete his/her registration, AND must use your UNIQUE REFERRAL LINK (found in your confirmation email). Refunds will process automatically after the number of required referrals are completed, using your referral code Event staff cannot fix registrations that were intended as a referral for you if the registrant did not use your unique referral link during the registration process.
