Manasquan Turkey Trot

Manasquan's favorite community tradition, the Manasquan Turkey Trot, takes place each year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The Turkey Trot is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers, and proudly supports local volunteer groups, schools and a wide range of charitable organizations throughout the area. The 42nd annual Turkey Trot registration took place online September 1st through race sign-up and quickly reached capacity, closing out at 3,000 participants within a few weeks.

The weather cooperated and it was a great day to see residents on their front yards doing BBQs and cheering on runners from all over the tristate area.

The success of this year's event would not have been possible without the help of the following people: Co-Chair Stephanie Fish, along with Paul Samuel, Penny and Phil Hinck, Diane and Jack Cheer, Geo Stiener and Nina Baldasare.
