2026 Field Performance

The 2026 Navy Ten-Miler results highlight an exceptionally competitive and high-caliber field. When each runner's finish time is analyzed against the VDOT performance standards for their specific age and gender, the depth of talent becomes clear. The following table shows the percentage of male and female finishers from the race who fall into each performance category.

Elite Concentration and Exceptional Depth

An impressive 6.5% of all male finishers and 4.5% of female finishers performed at an 'Elite' or 'Sub-Elite' level. This is a remarkably high concentration of top-tier talent for a single event.

Nearly one-third of the entire male field (31.0%) and one-quarter of the female field (25.0%) achieved 'Advanced' status, demonstrating that the competitive spirit extended far beyond the front of the pack.
