Are You Ready to be a Conqueror?
THE ULTIMATE CONQUEROR'S COURSE
GETTING READY FOR THE RACE/WALK
Each Paradise Miles’ registrant will run to the top of Paradise Point (on Flag Mountain) with their “Conqueror’s Flag”, place it on the Conquerors Wall, and proceed to walk back down, ending at Paradise Point’s upper parking deck. This race is nearly a 2-mile inclined course–run up and walk down or walk up and walk down!
We are expecting 300 to 500 runners who will be receiving a course bib, T-shirt, and a Conqueror’s Flag before starting the course.

Parking
Parking for the Paradise Point Road Race will be located at the Havensight Shopping Mall. Please obey all of the mall's parking requirements, attendant's directions, and safety instructions.
Course Map
Start Line: G-Clef Music Academy (intersection of Elmo D. Roebuck, Sr. Drive and Edward W. Blyden Road)
Main road up to the top of Paradise Point and back down to the Paradise Point upper-level parking deck (~1.75 miles total).

Water Bottle Station: A station providing bottled water to help participants stay hydrated throughout the race.

Water Mist Station: A cooling station designed to provide relief from the heat by spraying a fine mist of water for participants as they pass by.

Bubble Station: An entertainment station featuring bubbles, intended to add a fun, family-friendly element to the race experience.

Nature Station: it is listed alongside the water and entertainment stations (like bubbles) as a designated course activity. It is an area themed around the natural environment of the course.
These stations, along with music, are part of the event committee's plan to make the race an engaging experience for all participants.

Safety

We will have volunteers at the start line of the Paradise Point Road Race to spread out runners of different abilities and ensure a safe start.

Please pay attention to our volunteers and signs on course.

Keep yourselves hydrated! There are water stations marked on the map for your convenience.

Keep your eyes on the course and keep your ears open. Please don’t walk looking at your cellphone during the run/walk. Please be careful on the roadway and enjoy the course

Please watch out for red flag posts. These are areas that are are particularly important for you to be cautious

Due to the steep incline of the Paradise Point Roadway, we recommend you use a serpentine motion going up and coming down to save your knees from injury.
Awards
Each Paradise Miles’ registrant will run to the top of Paradise Point (on Flag Mountain) with their “Conqueror’s Flag”, place it on the Conquerors wall, and proceed to walk back down, ending at Paradise Point’s upper parking deck. We are expecting 300 to 500 runners who will be receiving a course bib, T-shirt, and Conquerors Flag before starting the course. Each participant who completes the run & walk will receive a medal.
