1) I would like to become a SPONSOR.  What do I do?
We WELCOME sponsors to help support Partners for Strings.  Sponsors are seen on our website, social media, emails, print flyers and signage, and of course, the Paradise Point Road Race T-shirts!!  Please contact Partners for Strings, Inc. by email at partnersforstrings@gmail.com and we'll provide you with our Sponsorship Packages, or let us know how you'd like to help.  WE THANK YOU FOR JOINING IN TO SUPPORT!!

2) What Sponsors are supporting the Paradise Point Road Race?
You'll see our current sponsorship list (logos) on the Event Info page and at the bottom of each website page.  WE THANK OUR AMAZING SPONSORS FOR SUPPORTING PARTNERS FOR STRINGS!!

Registration

1) How much is the race for each person?
The fee per ADULT is $35.00, but after October 2, 2026, the fee is $45.00 per adult.  Youth, ages 17 and under is $25.00 per person.  See more information on the Registration Details page, or if you're ready to register Go to the Sign Up page.

2) Do I have to run?  I'd prefer to walk the entire course instead.
You CAN walk, stroll, dance, or jog.  We welcome all walking styles.  We just want you to finish the race and be a Conqueror!!  Get more information on about race course on the Conqueror's Course page.

3) Can I register as an individual?
Yes! Adults can register as an individual participant. Sign Up now!

4) How long is the course?
The ultimate Conqueror's Course is 1 3/4 miles and goes up to 700 feet above sea level. Get more information about the course on the Conqueror's Course page.

5) Can I register my family members?
Yes! You can register multiple people at once, but you will need a unique email address for each person in order for them to receive Paradise Point Road Race notification emails.

6) If I register for the event but cannot participate on Race Day, can I receive a refund or transfer my registration to another person?
Unfortunately, all registrations are final and registrations cannot be transferred to another participant. Your registration does count as a donation to the Partners for Strings Virgin Islands Youth Orchestra, so we thank you for your generosity!

7) Do I need to register early to be guaranteed my T-shirt size?
Yes, Please register early to receive a free T-shirt to be picked at G-Cleff Music Academy as part of your race package on race day for the Paradise Point Road Race.

8) If I show up late after the race starts at 7:00am, am I allowed to race?  If you are about five minutes late, we may be able to accommodate you, but any later will disqualify you from racing.  We appreciate your effort and donation towards our organization.

9) I want to run with my child. Should I register my family as a group for the Paradise Point Road Race?
We WELCOME THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY; including families, clubs, churches, organizations, government agencies, and businesses to register as a group!  The Paradise Point Road Race is OPEN TO ALL AGES, walkers, runners, and all walking styles in between.  If you don't want to register as a group, you can register as an individual.  Register/Sign Up Now!

10) I can't run on that day, but I want to support the Partners for Strings Virgin Islands Youth Orchestra?  Can I donate?
Please click on DONATE and select your donation amount or type in the amount you desire to donate.  Partners for Strings is a 501(c)(3) organization, so your tax deductible donation will go towards supporting Partners for Strings, Inc.  THANK YOU!

Race Day Information

1) I have a small child. Can I race with a stroller?
Yes!!! In the spirit of family involvement, strollers are encouraged! Children (minors) can participate, but they must stay with their PARENTS OR GUARDIANS AT ALL TIMES throughout the Paradise Point Road Race. 

2) What if it rains on the day I plan to race?
This event will happen shine or rain!!

3) Will the Paradise Point Road Race course be blocked from traffic on race day?
Yes, the Paradise Road Race course will be blocked from traffic, especially the Elmo D. Roebuck, Sr. Drive, where the race starts, in front of G-Clef Music Academy.  Please note, that if there is an emergency delivery or individual that must access the Paradise Point Roadway, that our volunteers to encourage participants to go to the side of the road.  Please stay cautious of emergency veheicles.

4) Where do I park my car?
You can park your car at the Havensight Mall during the Paradise Point Road Race event.  See the Event Info page for a full schedule.

5) What is the event timeline?

6) Can I bring my dog to the event?
Sorry NO. Paradise Point Road Race restricts entry for all pets, even dogs on a leash.  Please notify Partners for Strings, Inc. in advance if you require a service animal to participate in the Paradises Point Road Race.

7) How do I get my race completion time?

8) Who is putting on this event and benefiting from the fundraising?
The Paradise Point Road Race is being presented by Partners for Strings and Paradise Point Tramways.  It serves as a fundraising event to benefit the Partners for Strings Virgin Islands Youth Orchestra, which is a free after-school and summer youth orchestra music program for ages 6 to 17 run by Partners for Strings, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization since 2020.
