Arrive at 5:00am for setting up early for race day. PARKING is at the Havensight Shopping Mall. Please use the the GOURMET GALLERY entrance.

VOLUNTEERS in this area get a Partners for Strings Virgin Islands Youth Orchestra T-shirt.

Assist with setting up the Registration/Check In table area at G-Clef Music Academy (Mandela Circle). Set up the Finish Line area at the Paradise Point upper level parking deck. Assist with the distribution of the Conqueror Certificates (replacing Medals) to all the Paradise Point Road Race Finishers!!

Race Day General Volunteer (Break Down)

BREAK DOWN VOLUNTEERS assist with breaking down and packing up items once race is completed (on race day) at the Paradise Point upper parking deck. WE REALLY THANK YOU FOR HELPING US CLOSE OUT!!

Water Station #4 SKYWALK The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas at the Paradise Point Skywalk near DJ

We request that each RITZ-CARLTON ST. THOMAS staff member interested in volunteering for #4 Water Station at the Paradise Point Skywalk, to please sign-in and accept to perform for the following duties:  

PARKING is at the Havensight Shopping Mall. Please use the the GOURMET GALLERY entrance.

1) Between 5:00am and 5:45am: pick up DASANI and POWERADE beverages, small cups, and trash bags at G-Clef Music Academy in Mandela Circle (upstairs of Cravin' Crabs). Load your cooler with ice and supplied beverages.  Drive up Paradise Point Road and please set up your Water Station with tent, table, and signage by 6:00am.

2) Put out cups of DASANI water and POWERADE.  Give a cup of beverage upon approach, cheer participants as they pass by, and have a garbage bag ready at the other end of the table to dispose of cup.  Encourage participants to stay on the course closest to the mountain side for their safety.  Volunteers may wear company attire and have company signage at table.

3)  The AWARDS ceremony is set for 8:45am.  Between 9:00am and 9:15am, feel free to pack up your water station.  Cars will be utilizing the road as early as 9:00am.  The Paradise Point Road Race event should be cleaned up and over by 10:00am.

Course Marshals on Race Day

COURSE MARSHALS will wear a Partners for Strings Virgin Islands Youth Orchestra T-shirt.

COURSE MARSHALS are responsible for CHEERING the participants and directing them on the course. Run/Walk closer to the mountain side. They will also assist with handing out the CONQUEROR'S CERTIFICATES (formerly medal) and REFRESHMENTS for FINISHERS.

Water Station #2 MIST Marriott Vacation Club (St. Thomas) at the Paradise Point Road Race (Midway Course)

We request that each MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB (ST. THOMAS) staff member interested in volunteering for the #2 Mist Water Station, to please sign-in and accept to perform for the following duties:  

PARKING is at the Havensight Shopping Mall. Please use the the GOURMET GALLERY entrance.

1) Between 5:00am and 5:45am: pick up DASANI and POWERADE beverages, small cups, and trash bags at G-Clef Music Academy in Mandela Circle (upstairs of Cravin' Crabs). We request that each VIRGIN ISLANDS CONSERVATION SOCIETY representative interested in volunteering for the #3 Nature Water Station (Virgin Islands Conservation Society), to please sign-in and accept to perform for the following duties:
