Race Day Events
** RAIN or SHINE, Marty's race will go on!*
7AM: JDL Open & On-site Registration Begins. Volunteers report to Volunteer Check-In. Vendors Check in & Set up.
Vendors & Volunteers will be directed to park at the BACK of JDL Fast Track.
5K Participants will be directed to park in the front if they need accessible parking, on the Right side of JDL or in the back.
8AM: Kimwell Drive & Empire Drive intersection will close in prep for the 5K*limited access to JDL Fast Track*
830AM: On-Site Registration closes
845AM: Welcome Message from Angela Hartman, wife of Marty Hartman.
850AM: National Anthem by Travis Evans, Team Solutions
9AM: 5K Begins (9AM- Handcrank/Recumbents, 9:03AM- Ainsley's Angels, 9:06AM- Physically challenged, 909AM- Visually Impaired, 9:12AM- Able bodied)
Finishers will receive a Race2Independence Medal provided by Solutions for Independence & 2023 Move for Mobility Medal provided by Free Wheelchair Mission.
1045AM: Awards Ceremony (end of Race) & Announcement of O2 Fitness Raffle Winner, a/perture Raffle Winner & Silent Auction Winners
12PM: Event Ends
