ACTIVATE your network – for example: board, youth, staff, donors, vendors, other affinity groups
OFFER fun incentives to get people to register and/or fundraise – example: parking space, prizes, time off

Race Day Logistics
IDENTIFY a booth coordinator (staff/volunteer) within your organization
DECIDE if you will bring your own equipment or rent booth equipment by May 16th, 2025
DECIDE who is representing you at the booth
SET an engagement strategy
PRODUCE materials for branding and activities – for example: team t-shirt (corporate sponsor advertising), branded tent or tablecloth, brochure, volunteer sign up sheet, materials for a fun activity
SHARE your event calendar with Strides to include in race packets
PLAN to pick up race packets in advance of race day if possible
PLAN transportation to Grant Park and snacks for your group
USE & SHARE our Social Media Kit to engage with #RAGV2025
