Navigate to race -> race page -> cover page. This is where you can really give your site a custom, professional look and feel.

Setup a Header Banner
This is DIFFERENT from the banner setup in your race theme, and you can setup more than one (up to five) to work as an auto-play slider or fade transition (this is under advanced settings):
Header Content
You can add more than just a picture to your header:
- Add a name (usually your race name)
- Add additional custom text (usually a tagline and/or race date information)
- Add preset button actions
- Your race theme colors are automatically applied; you'll have limited ability to pick between those colors.
Photo Upload Options
- Use the Croppie tool to edit the image - zoom in with the slider to set positioning
- Recommended image sizes are 2000x800 and 900x360
Cover Page Content
You can add as many content sections to your cover page as you want. Your imagination is the limit here! Your race theme colors will be auto applied, and you have data components to choose from for dynamic content.
Content Type: Content
Cotent sections can be a single full width column, or two columns. You have the option to add a title, a description, and a button, or any combination of the three. Additionally, you can add a background color or photo, either by itself, or as a backdrop to content. Note: for more customization, make sure you turn on the Rich Text editor on for options like bolding or italicizing text.
Content Type: Custom Actions
This is where you can add up to three custom buttons. Buttons can link to:
- Race Info
- Results
- Donate
- Volunteer
- Register
- Any custom URL you choos
Content Type: Video
Add a video to your cover page! You just need your YouTube ID, and your video will show up with an easily identifiable play button on it!
Content Option: Data Components
Data components are powerful, using the information that's already in your RunSignup site to create sections on your cover page that are dynamic. Options include:
- Social Media (links to your current social media)
- Event Tiles (include your event tiles that normally show up on your Race Info Page)
- Sponsors (add a sponsor section on your cover page to maximize their exposure)
- Top Fundraisers (show a current, up-to-the-minute list of your top fundraisers)
