The 5K
Think of it as a normal 5K, but with way more heckling. You’ll tackle a single-loop course on the scenic Buffalo Bayou Trails, featuring stunning skyline views of downtown Houston perfect for a "before" photo, because the "after" photo won't be pretty.
The Course Highlights:

Skyline Views: If you’re going to be roasted, you might as well have a great backdrop for it. Enjoy the best views of Houston while questioning your athletic abilities.

Roast Stations: We’ve stationed professional comedians throughout the course. They’ve got microphones, zero chill, and a very clear view of your running form. Prepare to be "motivated" by some of the sharpest tongues in Texas.

Water Stations: We have 2 water stations on the loop. They’re there to keep you hydrated and to give the comedians a stationary target to aim for while you're drinking.
Warning: Participation requires thick skin and a sense of humor. If you’re looking for a quiet, meditative morning run, you’ve come to the very wrong place.
Awards
The following awards will be given in the 5k event. Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters will be determined by gun time and will be pulled from their respective age groups (no double dipping). Age group awards will be determined by chip time.

All participants will receive a finisher's medal at the finish line.
