Welcome to the Houston Roast Run & Comedy Show, where endurance meets embarrassment and punchlines come with a side of lactic acid.

This one-of-a-kind event features a 5K(ish) on the scenic Buffalo Bayou Trails… but with a twist. Along the course, you’ll be heckled—err, motivated—by professional comedians stationed throughout the route, armed with microphones and zero chill. They’ll be roasting your stride, your outfit, and probably your life choices, all in good fun.
