2k Wellness Award Step Challenge
Get ready to step up to the challenge! This August, we invite you to participate in an exciting individual competition designed to encourage physical activity and promote wellness. Whether you're seasoned in tracking steps or just starting out, there's a chance for you to win a monetary award for your team. Throughout the month, you'll have the opportunity to motivate yourself and others by setting a daily step goal, tracking your progress with your favorite fitness device or app, and enjoying the journey towards better health. 2k Wellness Award Step Challenge Rules

The Challenge will take place from August 1 to August 31. This is an individual challenge with a chance to win a monetary award for your team.

We recommend setting a daily step goal to push yourself further.

You can track your steps using a fitness device such as a pedometer, an Apple Watch, or a Fitbit. Alternatively, you can use a step-counting app on your smartphone.

The challenge operates on the honor system, as we do not have a way to confirm or validate your results. Since a monetary award is at stake, we trust you to record only the steps you actually take.

Please submit BOTH pages of the log sheet.

All log sheets must be returned to Angie Pase, the Run For It Event Coordinator, by the end of the business day on September 1. Log sheets can be emailed to runforit@tuckerfoundationwv.org or mailed to TCF-RFI, P.O. Box 491, Parsons, WV 26287. If you choose to mail your log sheets, they must be postmarked by September 1.
