We know that our customers are all paragons of politeness and good behavior. But just in case someone has a bad day, we have a few guidelines for participation that we expect everyone to follow.
General Sessions will be held via GoToWebinar, and attendees can only communicate with the RunSignup Team via the "Questions" module. Respectfulness is expected.
Breakout Sessions (I.E., any Zoom session that isn't labeled a "Discussion") will have muted participants throughout. However, there is an open chat for attendees to communicate with each other, with the RunSignup team, or with everyone.
Breaking any of the guidelines may result in being removed from the session. When possible, the RunSignup team will reach out to you first to ask you to tone down any inappropriate discussion, but we reserve the right to remove anyone we deem disruptive to the session. If you are removed from the session and we determine that you cannot attend future sessions respectfully, you will be refunded the cost of the Symposium.
