• Electrical outlets are limited, so if you have a crock pot item please bring it already hot.

Why:        Celebrate our 2025 Award Winners and to host an evening appreciating our members and race series volunteers!

Who:

• Any Upstate Running Club Member and guests

• Age Group Award Winner

• Volunteer of the Upstate Race Series Events

• Participant of any Upstate Race Series Event

Schedule:

4:00 PM - You may show up early if you like, but no earlier than this

5:00 PM – Packet pickup 

• First 100 Registered Receive a Custom Award Night Koozie, Bib Number, Commemorative Sticker

5:30 PM – Group run (optional)

6:00 PM – Potluck dinner

7:00 PM – Awards

7:45 PM – Volunteer recognition

8:00 PM – Raffle
