Frosty Fifty Course Map
The Frosty Fifty Saturday races all use the same course, a 12.5K loop around Salem Lake that includes an out-and-back segment on the Salem Creek Greenway. The start/finish line is at the Salem Lake Marina building. Participants running more than 1 loop will pass through the finish line to begin subsequent loops.

25K (15.5 miles: 2 loops. 12.5K/loop)
50K (31 miles: 4 loops. 12.5K/loop)
Gwyn's Grace 50K Relay: 4 person relay team. Each leg = 12.5K loop
The Friday night 5K race is an out and back course that starts and finishes at the Marina building.
Saturday Aid stations will be located near Linville Road and near the Marina Start/Finish.
