The Heart of Our Tradition: Shannon's Run
In May 2022, 3 Bros Running Company hosted its first-ever event in Orange, Texas: Shannon’s Run. This race was deeply personal, dedicated to the memory of our dear friend Shannon Larson, who passed away from a brain tumor.
The overwhelming community support made Shannon’s Run a massive success. Because of that impact, the City of Orange invited us to produce the Big Pumpkin Run. It quickly became the highest-attended race in the area, setting records for participation and bringing the community together every October.
The Official Tradition Continues
As the creators and official hosts of this tradition, we are honored to continue the legacy. For 2026, the Official Big Pumpkin Run moves to the Port Arthur Seawall on October 3rd. Join the original 3 Bros family for the premier race experience in SETX.
