AID STATONS
All aid stations are staffed with enthusiastic volunteers and will be stocked with the following items:
- water
- Gatorade
- GU
- trail mix
- M & M's
- fruit gummies
- cola and ginger ale
- ice
- possibly pickles and pickle juice (TBD)
