Vendor Information

 

The 2018 Standing Stone Half Marathon & Festival will be held in Huntingdon, PA on Oct. 14, 2018. The start/finish area will be the home of the finish line festival, the primary location for packet pick-up, late registration, race shirt, timing bibs, goody bag pick-up, race awards, announcements, post-race music and vendors. Standing Stone Half Marathon official merchandise will also be available for purchase.

The Standing Stone Half Marathon will provide an 8x10 booth space. Trash cans and/or recycling containers will be provided in the general area for vendors. All tables, chairs, banners, advertisements, draping, giveaways and additional supplies will be the responsibility of the vendor. Table and chair rental is available from Standing Stone Events LLC if requested by Oct. 1, 2018.

 

All vendors will have a logo, a brief description of their company/product, and a link to their website on the Vendors tab of the Standing Stone Half Marathon website. 

 

Space for a Standard Booth includes the benefits listed below:

*  8x10 booth space at the race finish line festival

* Exposure to athletes, volunteers, spectators, staff, event contractors and additional family & friends during the event

* Marketing materials and/or product samples placed in runner goody bags (Optional- Intent to participate should be indicated on application)

* Logo, company description, and link in the vendor and/or finish line festival section of the Standing Stone Half Marathon website.

* Inclusion in social media promotions & our expo newsletter e-mail to all runners & volunteers prior to the event

Audience

We anticipate hundreds of runners, walkers, volunteers, event contractors, staff and spectators, plus family, friends, and supporters of each runner. The finish line festival will be free and open to the public, providing for even more vendor exposure.

 

Race Video & Photos

We take a tremendous amount of race/festival photos and we put together a race video. We will make every effort to include every vendor in our photos and/or video, which are distributed widely.

 

Payment

All applications must be approved two weeks prior to the race and payments must be submitted by October 1st, 2018.

 

Licenses

Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits. A food license permit is REQUIRED for the sale of ANY type of food product. This includes nutritional bars, gels, etc. All persons selling any event, good, or item are responsible for obtaining the appropriate business license and paying all applicable state and local taxes.  

 

Insurance

All vendors/exhibitors must provide proof of insurance, along with additional insured parties.
