This is my 2nd year running for this important cause. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Professional that works at Centro Sanar. A non profit that provides free mental health services to residents of Chicago’s South West Side. Many who have been impacted by  disproportionate gun violence that happens in Chicago! 

I also run for the loved ones and community member’s I’ve lost to gun violence. Especially my brother Jesus Gómez who we tragically lost on October 19th 2018 due to gun violence. Everyone misses you dearly Zeus. I run this race in your honor.
