I walk daily - to stretch my legs, to maintain good physical health, to take a break, to enjoy the outdoors.  On 5 June 2025, I will walk for an additional purpose:  to raise funds for New Community Outreach (NCO).  NCO is a community-based, non-profit organization that supports Bronzeville’s youth and community on the south side of Chicago!  The money raised is used towards restorative activities to that bring healing, reconciliation, and flourishing for youth affected by violence, particularly gun violence.  NCO is a small organization that is making a big impact!  Our programs and events aim to do just this in collaboration with our neighbors and partners.
