For 2026, I'm setting a goal of $2,500 as a contribution to the Randolph County Community Arts Council (team Amazing Arts). Working here for the past 2 years, I have seen firsthand the positive impact our organization has in our community. Just recently when chatting with an After School Art parent, they shared their gratitude for the Arts Center, and how much it meant to their family that they moved to a rural area that has a place for everyone to be creative. I have seen emerging artists exhibit for the first time; nervous, unsure, looking for guidance, and return with confidence, piece of mind, and their own point of view. As someone who, in the past, did not fully understand the value of the arts, it has been an eye-heart-and-mind opening experience that I am all the better because of. 

 We strive to enrich our community with inspiring arts programs that foster creativity, learning, and expression for all. The Arts Center is a place to connect - not only with the arts, but with fellow human beings. It is a place that fosters creativity, encouraging everyone to think outside of the box, and break through limitations often imposed by oneself. It is a place where the rest of the world goes quiet, a modicum of solace in uncertain times. The Arts Center is, and has always been, bridging the gap between arts and access.
