New Community Outreach (NCO) is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to the greater Bronzeville’s youth and community on the south side of Chicago!

NCO's commitment is to cultivate restorative, safe spaces consistently so that we can collectively experience healing, reconciliation, and flourishing. They serve hundreds of young people throughout the year, helping youth grow as leaders. And they grow and share fresh produce with neighbors each week during the summer. I get to see firsthand the impact that this organization has in our community. 

This is my first 5k in many, many years; I'm excited to run for NCO and support them in this small way.
